I’m so exactly sure why I’m sharing this story but here I am doing it. Couple of weeks ago I had my good friend and her little kid visiting. And they stayed at my house for a few days. It was great to see them and we sure had lots of fun. But there was one thing that happened. Apparently the kid has peed on my mattress. I haven’t had experience dealing with those kinds of mattresses and I had no clue what to do. I thought of throwing the mattress away, but it was new and I didn’t want to do that. So I researched if there was any ways I could get rid of the stains. Turns out that there is. While I was very happy to hear that, I didn’t exactly want to do it. Because removing pee stains from a mattress doesn’t sound like a pleasant thing to do.
Anyway, enough of complaining. Here’s what you do. You take 8 ounces (that’s around 220 grams) hydrogen peroxide, 3 tablespoons of baking soda and a drop of liquid dish soap. Mix them together in a spray bottle. You spray it on the stains and wait for them start to disappear. Then let it dry for a bit and then vacuum. And you’re done.
